Non-Discrimination Statement (Draft)
Our commitment
Northwest FastPath CNA Training admits students without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, religion, or any other status protected by law, and complies with applicable federal and Minnesota anti-discrimination laws.
This applies to admission, instruction, skills evaluation, clinical placement, and every other part of the program.
Accommodations
If you need an accommodation to participate in the program, contact us at tara@northwestfastpathcna.com or 763-227-5378. Ask as early as you can so arrangements are in place before class or clinical begins.
⚠️ Nurse aide training includes hands-on physical tasks and clinical care of real residents. Some requirements come from the state, the exam vendor, or the clinical site and cannot be waived by the program — but we will work with you on any accommodation that is reasonable and available.
Raising a concern
To report discrimination or harassment, or to appeal an accommodation decision, use our Grievance & Complaint Procedure. Students enrolled in the program also receive the full Nondiscrimination, Anti-Harassment, and Accommodation Policy to review and sign, which sets out the complaint process in detail.
