Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Deposit
A deposit may be due to complete your enrollment for a held seat — by default $200. Your cohort's exact payment terms appear at checkout. It is non-refundable and is not included in any refund calculation below.
2. Withdrawing before class begins
- Withdraw 7 or more days before your cohort's start date: full refund of tuition paid (excluding the deposit).
- Withdraw fewer than 7 days before the start date (but before class begins): 50% refund of tuition paid (excluding the deposit).
3. Withdrawing after class begins
- Within the first 3 days after class begins: 25% refund of tuition paid (excluding the deposit).
- After that grace window: no refund.
4. Cancellation by the program
If FastPath CNA Training cancels a cohort, you may transfer to another cohort at no additional cost or receive a full refund of amounts paid for that cohort, including the deposit. Contact us (see “How to request a refund” below) and we'll arrange whichever you choose.
5. How to request a refund
Email tara@northwestfastpathcna.com with your name, cohort, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 10 business days.
6. Non-refundable third-party items
Third-party costs such as the state exam fee, immunizations, and background studies are non-refundable, as they are paid to others.
