Enrollment Agreement & Terms (Draft)

1. The program

Northwest FastPath CNA Training provides Minnesota-approved nurse aide (CNA) training. Completing the program prepares you for the two-part state competency exam administered by Headmaster (D&S Diversified Technologies). Enrolling means you agree to these terms.

2. Tuition & payment

A deposit reserves your seat; the remaining balance is due before your cohort begins. Tuition does not include the state exam fee, immunizations, or background-study costs. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

3. Attendance & completion

State rules require completing the required training hours and demonstrating the required skills. Excessive absence may prevent completion and exam-eligibility. Make-up requirements, if any, will be communicated by your instructor.

4. Conduct & dismissal

Students are expected to behave professionally and safely, especially during clinical training with real patients. Northwest FastPath CNA Training may dismiss a student for conduct that endangers others or violates clinical-site rules.

5. No guarantees

We do not guarantee certification, passage of the state exam, employment, or any reimbursement. Certification depends on you passing the state competency exam administered by the testing vendor.

6. Changes & cancellation by the program

Northwest FastPath CNA Training may reschedule or cancel a cohort (for example, if minimum enrollment or clinical-site availability isn't met). If we cancel a cohort you are enrolled in, you may transfer to another cohort or receive a refund per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Questions: hello@northwestfastpathcna.com.
